Tulip Joshi opposite Salman Khan in 'Mera Bharat Mahaan'

MUMBAI: Yash Chopra discovery Tulip Joshi has been finalised to play the female lead in Mera Bharat Mahaan.
The film is produced by Salman Khan's secretary Vikas Kapoor. Sameer Karnik, who has completed the shooting of Nanhe Jaisalmer, will direct the film.
Says Kapoor, "Tulip Joshi has been signed opposite Salman Khan. The rest of the casting is in progress and will be finalised within two weeks. It is a different story and will revolve around our country. Salman Khan has a dynamic role. It is a big-budget film, but we are yet to arrive at a figure. The film will be launched in February 2007 and will be completed in one schedule."
